Before you send it

Rates?: Day rate and weekly on request. I quote the hole on the sheet, not a menu.
Union?: Union and non-union dates. Local or traveling card on request.
Travel?: Las Vegas based. US and international. Passport current. Class A CDL if the truck is part of the call.
How fast do you reply?: Same day on days off. On a show day I’ll get back after load-out or next morning.
Paperwork?: W-9 and certificate of insurance on request. Roadie Jesus LLC.
Plots and docs?: Attach PDF, Vectorworks, zip, or images with the form — up to four files, 8 MB each.
References?: PM and LD references on request.
